Islamabad, Pakistan, May 22, 2024 – A high-profile delegation from the Islamabad Estate Agents
Association (IEAA), led by President Sardar Tahir, met with Chairman of the Capital Development
Authority (CDA) and Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Mohammad Ali Randhawa, to discuss
pressing issues concerning the real estate sector in Islamabad. The meeting was chaired by Council
Member of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Chaudhry Masood Sahib,
along with former President of the Islamabad Estate Agents Association, Chaudhry Nadeem
Gujjar.
During the meeting, a comprehensive agenda was prepared to address the outstanding issues facing
the real estate community. Chairman CDA, Mohammad Ali Randhawa, assured the delegation that
all outstanding issues will be resolved on a priority basis. He emphasized that all available
resources will be utilized for the construction and development of Islamabad city.
In his remarks, Chairman CDA stated,
“We are committed to addressing the concerns of the Islamabad Estate Agents Association and
ensuring that the development of Islamabad remains a top priority. We will work diligently to
resolve all outstanding issues and utilize all resources for the betterment of our city.”
The delegation included notable members such as F-10 Association President Mohammad Khan,
General Secretary Naeem Malik, Patron General IEAA Tahir Abbasi, Sheikh Basir Dawood, Rana
Qaiser Shahzad, Ashfaq Chatta, and Mazhar Chaudhry. Their presence underscored the collective
commitment of the real estate community to work collaboratively with the CDA and other relevant
authorities.
The meeting concluded with a mutual agreement to hold further discussions to monitor progress
and ensure the timely resolution of issues. This collaborative approach is expected to foster a more
conducive environment for real estate development and contribute to the overall growth and
development of Islamabad.
